The 15th annual Aloha International Piano Competition will live-stream from the historic Hawaii Theatre

Since 2006, AIPF has been offering aspiring pianists the opportunity to share their talents at a prestigious event that fosters a spirit of healthy competition. The 2021 competition will be held virtually, and through a rigorous preliminary round, 9 young pianists from around the world will advance to the finals appearing virtually at the Hawaii Theatre. We invite viewers to tune-in and experience the competition in action and vote for your favorite contestant!

The 2021 competition will be judged by internationally acclaimed pianists, Jon Nakamatsu (Van Cliburn gold medalist), Thomas Sauer (faculty, Mannes College of Music) and John Bayless (Artistic director, Waring International Piano Competition).
