Hawaii Book and Music Festival presents Poetry - Author - Threshold Habitat

One of Hawai‘i’s leading poets responds to the threat of climate change.

Arielle Taitano Lowe is a Chamoru poet and literary scholar from the island of Guam. She is currently a Ph.D. student in the English department at the University of Hawaiʻi, Mānoa. Her poetry and creative nonfiction essays can be found in Storyboard: A Journal of Pacific Imagery and Indigenous Literatures from Micronesia.

Craig Santos Perez is a Chamoru writer from Guam. He is the author of five books of poetry and the co-editor of five anthologies. He is a professor in the English department at the University of Hawaiʻi, Mānoa.
