Celebrate the American Musical Renaissance
An evening dedicated to the influence of WWII on the music of the 1940's—where Jazz, Swing, Big Band, the Blues, and the Golden Age of Hawaiian Music not only topped the charts but provided comfort to troops and civilians alike.
Singing sirens of the seven seas transport you to the sound stage of KHOT Radio 101, broadcasting LIVE from Hawai‘i Opera Plaza this December for just four brief engagements. Created and directed by HOT Artistic Program Officer, Jamie Offenbach, this special presentation stars the talented artists of Hawai‘i Opera Theatre’s Mae Z. Orvis Opera Studio.
Tickets are on sale NOW for this holiday tribute to the music that connected us near and far, over airwaves around the world. Reserve your tickets today!
