Joyful Mind with Hale Mana Aura

  • The Honolulu Museum of Art 900 South Beretania Street Honolulu, HI, 96814 United States (map)

Fridays at 6PM: Through November 26, 2021

As part of HoMA’s experiential, museum-wide Joyful Return exhibition, join us for an in-person pop-up meditation workshop intended to reduce tension and anxiety, and increase spiritual and energetic well-being.

The 45-minute guided activity provided by Hale Mana Aura, will include Yin Yoga and a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath. Yin yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures. Singing bowls have been used for centuries by Buddhists to induce meditative states.  Classes will be taught by owner Nicole “Nicky” Ramos, LE, a Homeopathic Consultant trained in the Sankaran Method, also a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Certified Sound Healer, and Certified Karuna Light Reiki practitioner.

Workshop reservations are booked separately from museum admission. Limited space.
