Stars of American Ballet - A Fundraiser for Ballet Hawaii
Ballet Hawaii is proud to bring world-class dance back to Honolulu with the Stars of American Ballet®
The Stars of American Ballet® performance will support Ballet Hawaii’s mission of teaching, presenting, producing dance in Hawaii.
Stars of American Ballet® was created by dance visionary and renowned principal dancer with New York City Ballet, Daniel Ulbricht, a principal dancer with New York City Ballet since 2007. As director and choreographer, Ulbricht blends his fellow New York City Ballet dancers with other top soloist talent from major ballet and dance companies throughout the United States and abroad. This fast-paced performance pairs premier choreography with commanding athleticism.
“In the end, Stars of American Ballet was the perfect example of what happens when you give the keys to the luxury sports car to world-class dancers and let them drive the programming. They put the pedal to the metal, do donuts in the parking lot and take us all on a thrill ride we will never forget.”
